Positive: Clean, close to beach and pool, wi-fi, television in every bedroom, needed supplies included Negative: Even though unit was close to beach, I missed not having an ocean view. The tall ceilings downstairs are nice, but that means more stairs to climb. Someone with bad knees would have trouble negotiating them often. Thankfully, there is a downstairs bathroom.
